Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. This includes:

  • Downloadable PDF Checklists (e.g., The 5-Station Studio System)
  • E-books and Guides
  • Online Video Courses and Workshops

Once the purchase is complete and the download link or course access has been delivered to your email, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun (i.e., the download has started).

2. Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same digital product twice (e.g., checking out twice by mistake), please contact us immediately at admin@theacademyofsewing.com We will verify the transaction and issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

3. Live Workshops & Classes For in-person or live virtual workshops:

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your spot, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.
  • No-Shows: If you do not attend the workshop and do not provide 48-hour notice, your registration fee is non-refundable.

4. Physical Merchandise If The Academy of Sewing sells physical merchandise (e.g., sewing kits or tools) in the future:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Need Help? If you have trouble downloading your file or accessing your course, please contact us at admin@theacademyofsewing.com and we will resolve the technical issue promptly.
